This is a wonderful 1960s blue sheer nylon slip with lace cups and lace trim at the bottom. The label reads “Alpe 3” - I think that this is of Italian origin and the 3 is an Italian sizing. This sheer nylon slip looks unused - it came with a few other slips that still had an affixed tag that were from Italy, albeit a different brand.
Fabric: Unmarked, but obviously nylon
Sizing: Size 3 is indicated. Italian size 3 should be equivalent to a European size 38, and although this sheer nylon slip should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Bust: 18” across, so most likely 36”-38” - difficult to size because of the open back
Waist: 32”
Hips: 38”
Length: 37”, measured flat from the top of the straps
Condition: This slip is in excellent condition - looks like it was never worn and well stored over the years.
This is a very nice 1960s sheer nylon slip - quality Italian manufacture!
