This is a wonderful 1960s mod era ladies coat made by Canadian coat manufacturer Joshar of Montreal.  This coat is made of pure virgin wool in an attractive eggplant purple colour.  The fabric has a gabardine finish.  The coat is lined in purple satin that has some insulation on the back of it for extra warmth as well as a chamois to protect against wind.  It is made to close to the neck - the neck is covered with grey mink fur, but you have the option of removing the mink if desired. The coat does up with three large snaps hidden behind the overflap and cinches at the waist with a matching belt that has a chrome mod styled buckle.  The coat has a slash pocket built into either side. .  The coat will provide protection against moderate cold weather.

Sizing: No size is indicated, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders: 15” across seam-to-seam

Sleeves: 22 3/4” long

Sleeve Inseam: 16 1/2” long

Chest: 36”, taken under the arms

Waist: 30”

Hips:  40”

Overall length: 39”, measured flat

Condition:  It is in very good condition with no pronounced wear or tear and no soiling, odour or staining.

This is a very nice quality mod era coat in a very nice colour - sure to be noticed!
