This is a very nice quality kimono coat made in France for Montreal luxury fashion boutique Lily Simon.  This kimono coat is made in a relaxed style with padded shoulders, raglan style sleeves, kimono neckline and a single leather peg closure at the waist.  It is trimmed in black leather and suede leather at the open edge, the turned cuffs and the large patch pocket that is at either side.  This kimono coat is cut with a flare to the hemline, and fits loosely.  It is fully lined in copper viscose and acetate satin.  The coat is meant for spring or fall wear or if you live is a very mild winter environment.

Retailer label:  Lily Simon Boutique Montreal Fabriqué en France.  Lily Simon had a couple of designer fashion boutiques in Montreal.  She sold only high end Paris and Italian fashion as well as private label that would have been made by the same European fashion manufacturers.

Colour:  Chocolate brown

Age:  Probably late 80s or early 90s

Fabric:  The content label is missing on this kimono coat, but this is either wool or a wool and cashmere blend, with leather trim - the fabric is quite soft and fine.  The lining label is this present and reads 38% viscose and 62% acetate. 

Sizing: No size is indicated on this kimono coat, but this should fit an extra large size - please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  23” across the shoulder pads

Sleeves:  23” long from the shoulder pad - note the dropped shoulder

Sleeve Inseam:  15” long, estimated

Bust:  60” around, taken under the arms, but note that 

Waist: 58” around

Hemline:  80” around

Length:  38” measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Condition: This kimono coat is in very good and clean condition with no pronounced wear, tear, soiling or staining.
