This is a vintage Indian skirt that is made of gauze cotton with gold metallic vertical thread striping.  The skirt is printed with a floral pattern in tones of tan brown, ochre gold, light green and black against a white background.  The waistband has a drawstring and the skirt is finely pleated and cut full.  The skirt is unlined.

Sizing: One size is indicated on this Indian skirt - please note the following measurements for fit, taking the style of the skirt into consideration:

Waist:  the drawstring can adjust the waist from XXS to XL, 42” max

Hips:  Full, meant to fall loosely

Overall length: 36", measured flat

Condition:  This Indian skirt is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear or staining - looks like it saw little use and was well stored over the years. 

This is a very pretty example of an Indian skirt - lovely colour tones and sparkly metallic threads!
