This is a vintage Jaeger skirt suit made in Great Britain. The jacket to this vintage Jaeger skirt suit is made with slightly padded squared shoulders, a high set notched collar and lapel, a five button closure ands buttoned side patch pockets. The skirt does up at the front with seven buttons and secures at the waist with a hoop and eye. Both pieces are fully lined in viscose rayon.
Colour: Muted tone of eggplant purple, almost brown
Fabric: 89% wool / 11% polyester
Sizing: The size label on the jacket states US size 10 to fit 35” bust and 37” hip while the skirt label states US size 12 to fit a 28” waist. Please rely on the following measurements for fit:
